Returns and Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept returns due to health regulations, hygiene concerns, and sanitation reasons, but we will honor an exchange of equal or less value. If there are any problem with your order, please contact us via email so we can help to resolve any issues. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 3 days after receipt of your shipment via email. Exchanges must be made within 7 business days of delivery. If the hair has been opened or tampered with exchange policies are voided, please make sure not to alter or cut the zip ties or opening the bundles this will disqualify your product of a proper exchange. Return address will be provided once the exchange is approved by an HEW Sales associate, please note the product must be sent back at your expense, we advise using a shipping carrier that provides tracking and receipt of shipment.
